Order Issues
To report any issues with your order, please emailinfo@richmade.uk with photos of the issue for reference.
CAN I CANCEL/ AMEND MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we can not change the following about your order
- Changing the item/ size
- Delivery/ billing address
- Adding other items to your order
- Shipping address/ method
We do our best to prepare your order as soon as possible to make sure it gets to you as quick as possible. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order once you have purchased you will have to be quick. If you contact us as soon as possible we may be able to help. For cancellations please follow the returns policy below.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return a product for an exchange or 14 days for a refund.
If you request a refund of the original purchase price, this will be issued back to the original payment method (excluding the original postage that has been paid).
Refunds will only be issued to unworn with original labels clothing. No refund will be offered for damaged, soiled, scented, worn or altered goods. These may be returned to you if the goods are like stated. Unless the item is deemed faulty and a fault of Rich Made UK, the cost of postage will be deducted from any refund.
Refunds will be issued up to 14 days after the item has been received back to the warehouse.
Abuse of returns policy, such as repeat refunds with no valid reason, free wardrobing & chargeback fraud will not be accepted. Rich Made reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds and returns.
EXCHANGES
Picked the wrong colour or have the wrong size? You can exchange for an alternative item by following by contacting us directly at info@richmade.uk. You must include your order number, and what item you would like to exchange it for. Your item must not be worn and must be returned with the correct packaging.
When we receive the item back, the new item shall be dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email of when we receive the item and when we dispatch the new one
Faulty Items
If you believe that the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect time then please contact us as soon as possible with the following information.
- Your Order Number
- Item Name and Size
- Clear Photos with:
1) The close up of the fault
2) Full product length picture
When we receive your faulty/incorrect item, we will happily reimburse UK postage costs up to a value of £4.50 per parcel, dependent on size, weight and location.
